Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and at the drive-thru with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company standards.
• Process prescriptions, label products, and manage pharmacy workflow.
• Deliver health care services within state regulation, including immunization preparation and delivery.
• Lead and support pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and CVS SOPs.
