Responsibilities

• Customer service at in-store and drive-thru window
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect drug information
• Follow CVS policies and SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Process prescriptions and resolve third-party rejections
• Assist with inventory management and workflow optimization
• Support training and development of Pharmacy Support Staff
• Lead a team culture of care and efficiency
• Deliver immunization preparation and related testing as allowed
