Job summary

CVS Health is offering a training pathway for Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates to complete US internship hours under direct pharmacist supervision. This role emphasizes patient care, regulatory compliance, and leadership within a retail pharmacy setting.

Successful candidates will work toward US licensure while gaining experience in clinical and operational pharmacy tasks, guided by CVS policies and SOPs, with emphasis on safety and quality care for patients.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US accredited college/school of pharmacy targeted to CVS Health training
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where district is located within 120 days after US Intern hours
• Eligibility to complete US Intern hours within 18 months and licensure processes thereafter

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist pharmacy and front-store customers
• Process prescriptions, including translation of SIG codes and labeling
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and comply with CVS SOPs
• Support Pharmacy Manager in motivating and developing staff
• Deliver health care services under supervision, including immunization preparation/delivery
