Job summary

CVS Health in Omaha is offering a pharmacist internship program for U.S. Non‑Accredited Foreign Graduates. You will complete a guided learning plan, work under a preceptor, and develop clinical knowledge to prepare for pharmacist licensure and independent practice.

You will learn to navigate SOPs, pharmacy operations, and patient care processes, including immunizations, under supervision, with the goal of successful licensure and career progression within CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non‑U.S. Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• FPGEC certification required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the applicable state within 120 days after internship.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Adhere to workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist with immunizations and clinic services where allowed.
• Counsel patients and obtain medical history information when appropriate under supervision.
• Assist with telephonic prescriptions and communicate with prescribers when needed.
