Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Pharmacist Non‑Accredited Foreign Graduate Internship program in the U.S. This role supports pharmacy teams to deliver safe, accurate prescriptions while preparing for licensure and future pharmacist responsibilities.

You will work under a preceptor, complete a structured learning plan, and participate in patient care experiences, immunizations, and SOP‑driven operations across stores within the market.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate with non‑U.S. accredited pharmacy degree.
• FPGEC certification required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the target state within 120 days after internship hours.
• Possession or active pursuit of intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists and technicians.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist with immunizations and other services as allowed.
• Counsel patients and collect relevant medical history when appropriate under supervision.
• Assist with telephonic prescriptions and clarify orders with prescribers as allowed.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
