Job summary

NIPRO PHARMAPACKAGING AMERICAS CORPORATION seeks a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical support on glass converted pharma packaging products (syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges) to a portfolio of customers. You will work with upstream teams to translate customer expectations into product offers and accompany projects through development to industrialization.

Qualifications

Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, including technical vocabulary.
Excellent communication skills with customer interactions.
Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
Proficient in technical and scientific writing.
Technical knowledge related to pharmaceutical systems and machinery.
IT skills (Office, SAP, Mini-Tab).
Willingness to travel globally.
Well organized and strong in setting priorities.
Experienced in pharmaceutical project management.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support to customers on product and process issues.
Capture customer needs and translate into product specifications with sales input.
Accompany customers as coordinating experts during projects up to industrialization.
Attend BRMs for technical projects and support documentation.
Customer technical training and seminars aligned with product strategy.
Contribute to complaints investigations when applicable.
