Job summary

Blackfield Associates is seeking a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device development and commercialisation initiatives. The role spans late-stage development to commercial launch, interfacing with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial teams.

You will drive cross-functional programmes, oversee NPI and lifecycle improvements, and ensure governance, budgets, resources, risks and timelines are well managed across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Program/Programme Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience delivering both pharmaceutical and medical device products is essential.
• Strong background in New Product Introduction, product development and commercialisation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory.
• Experience working within a regulated GMP/FDA environment.
• Must have the right to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available)
