Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join a cross-functional team delivering forecasts at global, regional, and country levels. This role involves working within EY’s Pharma Customer practice to drive strategic decisions and insight generation.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience, strong TA expertise, and the ability to develop forecasting assumptions, create concept notes, and prepare impactful

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting or analytics.
• Experience delivering forecasts across global markets.
• Strong TA expertise: Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, or Rare Diseases.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with forecasting platforms and SQL/Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts.
• Forecast at brand, franchise, regional, and country levels.
• Build and validate forecasting models and scenarios.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Automate forecasting processes using Python.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies.
