Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a proactive and collaborative PGF Accounting Controller based in Provo to lead global accounting for Press Ganey Forsta. You’ll manage close processes, consolidate results, and drive system improvements, reporting to the Global Head of Accounting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Accounting with 8+ years of experience (or a BA with 10+), CPA certification, and strong GAAP knowledge. You’ll mentor a high-performing team and work across borders to ensure accurate financial

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting with 8+ years of accounting experience or a Bachelor’s with 10+ years.
• CPA certification required; Big 4/consulting audit experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; experience with ERP systems (Workday, NetSuite) and AI tools.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead PGF Accounting Team across recruitment, goal-setting, and performance management.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close for PGF across 25+ entities and global consolidation.
• Prepare entity-level and consolidated financial statements and assist audits.
• Collaborate with tax on transfer pricing and compliance; coordinate with FP&A for improvements.
• Develop policies to strengthen internal controls and document processes.
• Partner with international teams on regulatory reporting and system integrations.
