Job summary

Perforce Software is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead a growing team through rapid growth and international expansion. You will oversee cash and payroll functions in the general ledger and partner with the Accounting Manager, Controller, and Sales Operations to meet company goals.

The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, experience supervising staff, and comfort working with multiple subsidiaries and currencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supervising a team and developing staff.
• Experience with multiple subsidiaries and foreign currencies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to interpret new guidance.
• Experience with major accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the team and encourage continuous improvement.
• Review and approve cross‑currency journal entries.
• Ensure reconciliations are timely and accurate.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Work with HR to ensure payroll accounting is correct.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations on deposits and refunds.
• Oversee credit card processes including reconciliations.
• Assist in acquisition-related activities and external audits.
