Qualtrics in Provo seeks a proactive Accounting Controller to oversee PGF operations, leading global close, consolidation, and reporting for Press Ganey Forsta. Reporting to Global Head of Accounting, you’ll streamline processes, implement new systems, and drive high-quality financial control.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting and 8+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA certification is required.
• Big 4/consulting audit experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP systems experience.
• Experience in a tech company finance function.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PGF Accounting Team with recruitment, goal-setting, performance management, and development needs.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close for 25+ entities and support global consolidation and reporting.
• Prepare entity-level financial statements and lead consolidated statements.
• Coordinate global consolidation, currency reporting, cash flows, P&L and balance sheet reviews; support lender reporting.
• Review journal entries, GL accounts, and reconciliations per US GAAP; ensure controls.
• Collaborate with international teams on local compliance and tax matters; assist auditors.
