You will lead and execute packaging innovation projects, plan tests to evaluate material performance, and collaborate with cross functional teams and external suppliers to deliver solutions and prototypes.

Eligible juniors or seniors majoring in Packaging Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute global packaging innovation projects under guidance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute packaging testing for material performance and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to develop technical solutions and support delivery.
• Create high-quality prototypes to gauge consumer desirability and support collaboration.
• Support development and evaluation of new packaging concepts.
• Communicate progress and findings through reports and presentations.
• Present outcomes and recommendations to R&D leadership at the end of the co-op.
