Job summary

Lovevery is seeking a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid acquisition across North America, Europe, and APAC from Boise, Idaho. You will own a multi‑million dollar ad investment and shape strategy, creative testing, and channel mix.

You'll build analytics, reporting rigor, and a high‑performing team while aligning marketing with Lovevery's growth goals. 10+ years in performance marketing and global experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing across multiple channels.
• Experience leading performance marketing across international markets.
• Deep expertise with Meta, Google, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical fluency with attribution models and incrementality testing.
• Experience partnering with creative, product, finance and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing across NA, Europe, and APAC with budget allocation and pacing.
• Lead day-to-day media operations across core channels.
• Collaborate with creative to ideate and iterate ad creative based on data.
• Build analytics structure to track performance from campaign-level to marketing mix.
• Set the testing roadmap for performance marketing.
• Manage and develop a team of performance marketers.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency.
