Job summary

Visa in Austin is seeking a Manager, Global People Solutions to lead a team delivering employee and manager support across Payroll, Benefits, and Stock/Equity programs. You will drive operational excellence and partner with GPS leaders to drive digital transformation.

The role focuses on leveraging HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow) and AI-enabled tools to scale self-service, optimize processes, and enhance the employee experience across Americas, Europe, and APAC.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD.
Experience leading HR, operations, or employee support teams in a global setting.
Strong collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Technology functions.

Responsibilities

Lead a team delivering employee- and manager-centered support across Payroll, Benefits, and Stock/Equity programs.
Oversee Tier 1 Payroll, Benefits, and Stock/Equity support across multiple regions; drive performance against SLAs.
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Stock/Equity, HR Technology, and GPS leaders to resolve issues and drive automation.
Identify improvements, scale self-service, and advance AI-enabled support models.
