We're seeking an Associate Director of People Operations to lead the operational backbone of our People function and harmonize onboarding, payroll, benefits, HR systems, and workplace experience.

Lead a team of four, oversee global HR operations across the US, UK, Germany, and remote locations, and drive post-merger integration with pragmatic, scalable processes that support growth.

Qualifications

• Lead all HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Scale and integrate People infrastructure post-merger.
• Build scalable, automated processes with AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding to offboarding and records management.
• Lead Payroll & Benefits with in-house and external providers.
• Drive global HR systems implementations and data reporting.
• Create exceptional employee experience via Workplace Experience.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent support.
