You will own core lifecycle transactions, assist with audits, and serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, helping deliver an optimal employee experience.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a people-centric role or interest in People Operations.
• Genuinely AI-first; use AI to solve real problems.
• Ability to work in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn new responsibilities quickly.
• Ability to triage, resolve, or route requests while meeting response times.

Responsibilities

• Execute People Operations processes, policies and programs globally with a focus on data integrity.
• Own lifecycle transactions including offer letters, I-9 checks, and Workday entries.
• Support audits by gathering documentation and maintaining records.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics and pre-start experience.
• Serve as first line of contact for employee questions; manage inbound queue.
