How you will contribute
As a Global People Insights Analyst , you will be part of the Global Reporting and Insights team that provides analytics solutions to Mondelēz Business Units. In this role, you will partner and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights. You will leverage your coding, statistical and analytics skills to execute ad-hoc analyses and manage the creation and maintenance of automated reports pertaining to key HR and Culture metrics.
