  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Benefits, Treasury, and Shared Services to support global payroll operations and resolve cross‑functional issues.
  • Manage payroll vendor relationships, monitor service‑level agreements, and address operational or service delivery concerns.
  • Support acquisitions, divestitures, and the onboarding of new legal entities into payroll operations.
  • Train payroll team members on policies, procedures, system enhancements, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Support payroll transformation, organizational change, and continuous improvement initiatives while communicating operational updates clearly to stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of payroll and HR technology platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, SAP, payroll tax systems, HRIS platforms, and timekeeping solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SOX controls, payroll compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple countries, jurisdictions, or legal entities is highly valuable.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret payroll data and identify operational trends and risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with confidence collaborating across HR, Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury, and other business functions.
