Qualifications

• 3–5 years payroll processing experience in a mid-sized org.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax rules.
• Experience with multi-state payroll in the US and international payroll.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations and processing.
• Biweekly US payroll and monthly international payroll and GL transfer.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Audit timesheets, taxes, deductions, and maintain records.
• Assist HR and respond to employee payroll queries.
