Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Evergreen, CO is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a project-based assignment. You will work with HR, Accounting, Treasury and our external payroll service provider to ensure accurate salaries, payroll records, and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include end-to-end payroll processing for the Philippines, India and Australia/New Zealand, validating data in SuccessFactors, and coordinating data migrations, testing, and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple regions via external provider.
• Validate payroll details in SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
• Check and consolidate variable reports or timekeeping details.
• Perform payroll activities related to salary overpayment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, calendars, and reports.
• Assist in data gathering, reconciliation and documentation for payroll projects.
