Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for its Corporate Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA. This full-time hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote) supports domestic and global payroll operations and partners with HR, Finance, and Tax to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel, and expertise with multi-country payrolls. CPP/FPC are a plus. This position offers growth in a manufacturing/global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state processing.
• Experience with global payroll operations and international providers.
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience handling large payroll data sets and payroll analytics.

Responsibilities

• Process complex payroll transactions for U.S. and global payrolls on multiple cycles.
• Validate payroll calculations, earnings, deductions and taxes for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as SME for payroll systems, interfaces, and reporting enhancements.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy across systems and vendor platforms.
• Lead payroll testing for system upgrades and implementations.
• Support quarter-end/year-end payroll activities and tax filings.
