Job summary

Inspire Brands, based in Atlanta, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to resolve payroll issues for restaurant team members, managers, and global staff. You will audit and reconcile weekly payrolls, train payroll specialists, and ensure timely service with strict confidentiality in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has payroll processing experience and knowledge of Workday, with strong analytical and communication skills to support multiple brands and handle complex off-cycle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Payroll processing experience required.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit, review, and reconcile payrolls weekly for restaurant, international, and Support Center teams.
• Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists & Coordinators.
• Assist in training Payroll Specialists & Coordinators.
• Maintain high level of customer service through timely emails and tickets.
• Execute all payroll processes in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Run and analyze payroll audits and reporting.
• Process end-to-end payroll and coordinate with global team members.
• Handle complex off-cycle payments (reversals, overpayments, merges).
• Research payroll matters and document best practices and new procedures.
• Act as payroll SME and maintain SOPs; support international payroll and tax processes.
