• Proven track record shipping complex products in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve multi-year payments strategy across five squads.
• Represent Payments in senior cross-functional forums with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and exec team.
• Drive high-stakes product decisions on payment methods and markets.
• Oversee regulatory timelines, tax compliance, and risk controls.
• Hire and coach product managers; align Payments with Marketplace goals.
