Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in compliance, risk or regulatory roles.
Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, business analysis, or risk management in a corporate setting.
Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical designs and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret regulatory requirements to identify necessary business and system changes.
Support U.S. merchant onboarding and due diligence activities per regulations.
Drive compliance initiatives across multiple projects with governance and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory needs into solutions.
Work with Product teams to evaluate regulatory requirements and support product objectives.
Provide compliance guidance on proposed solutions and operational impacts.
