Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) is seeking a Program Manager for the Global Partnerships team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role drives execution across roadshows and LP engagements, coordinating availability, travel logistics, and deliverables, while maintaining schedule discipline and brand standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and discreet with sensitive information, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead cross-team initiatives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations, program management, or supporting senior executives in fast-paced settings
• Proven track record managing complex multi-city travel and high-stakes events
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage many moving parts
• Excellent written and verbal communication with LPs and external partners
• Strong project management ability from kickoff to completion
• Discretion handling confidential information
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes; maintain quality

Responsibilities

• Manage roadshows and LP events from planning through execution, including schedules, venues, transport and on-site logistics
• Coordinate GP and LP availability across stakeholders, time zones, and locations
• Maintain LP engagement calendar and CRM, track meetings and commitments, ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate and host LP experiences, ensuring consistency with the a16z brand
• Drive deliverables like fundraising milestones, DDQs, and data-room requests with cross-stakeholder input
