Job summary

The Army National Guard Units in Oregon seeks an INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP SPECIALIST (GS-0301-12) to plan, coordinate, and execute the State Partnership Program with a partner nation.

The role develops statewide plans, policies, and procedures, prepares training plans, and provides staff planning support to meet readiness objectives. It requires collaboration with DoD, DOS, NGB, and interagency partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the State Partnership Program (SPP) with partner nation.
• Develop statewide plans, policies, and procedures for SPP participation.
• Prepare training plans and ensure readiness objectives are achieved.
• Lead Title 5 and Title 32 staff; provide guidance.
• Coordinate approvals with TAG, NGB, COCOM and Embassy staff.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for campaign plan.
• Engage centers of influence and state agencies to support the plan.
• Plan and execute Senior Executive Visits with partner nation.
• Oversee visits and liaise with DoD, DOS, and U.S. transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
