Kaseya Careers is seeking a Senior Director, Paid Media to own the strategy, execution, and performance of the company's global paid media investment. This leader will manage a multi‑channel budget and drive pipeline contribution, efficiency, and return on spend.

The role reports to the VP, Digital Marketing and involves building the function from the ground up, designing processes, measurement frameworks, and channel strategies to scale the business while maintaining financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience with deep specialization in paid media.
• 5+ years leading paid media teams and owning eight‑figure high seven‑figure annual budgets.
• Expert-level command of major paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta) and martech stack.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in attribution models and marketing analytics tools.
• Builder's track record: stood up or significantly rebuilt a paid media function, program, or process.

Responsibilities

• Own the global paid media strategy and budget across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, content syndication, and emerging channels.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, workflows, QA standards, and reporting cadences.
