Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Global Packaging Systems Leader to own packaging quality, systems, compliance, and standardization for the Aramids business. You will collaborate across manufacturing sites, contract partners, suppliers, logistics providers, and commercial teams to improve packaging performance and reduce damage and complaints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
8+ years of experience in packaging, quality, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a global manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead global packaging quality strategy, standards, and governance processes.
Establish packaging specifications, documentation, and change-management systems.
Drive standardization across manufacturing sites and contract manufacturing operations.
Monitor packaging performance metrics and corrective action effectiveness.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for packaging performance.
