Job summary

Core Laboratories Canada Limited seeks a Global Organizational Development Manager to lead the company’s global learning and development strategy, partnering with senior leadership to design programs that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

This senior role drives leadership development, succession planning, and talent management across worldwide teams, leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or ten years of related experience.
• Experience in leadership/organizational development in a corporate environment.
• Global/international experience required.
• Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills; ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee programs that strengthen leadership and the overall company culture.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve organizational performance and data-informed decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and design targeted training programs.
• Collaborate with global BU leads to improve leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Work with global HR to ensure new programs have solid project plans and monitor outcomes.
• Create and deliver Leadership, Functional Competence, Technical Training, Succession and Talent Development products.
• Use data analytics to evaluate learning needs and inform talent decisions.
• Design and deliver organizational development programs including executive coaching and change management.
