Expeditors, a global logistics leader, invites you to join our Order Management and Delivery Management team in Plainfield, Indiana. You will partner with customers, ocean agents, and service providers to maintain day-to-day operations and drive retention through proactive service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years transportation or related logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Expert or ability to become an expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an exceptional customer experience through proactive, solution-based service.
• Manage high volume inbox and anticipate customer needs.
• Use data to identify trends and improve the customer’s supply chain.
• Collaborate with customers, ocean agents, and service providers.
• Support final leg of import containers when Expeditors handles delivery.
• Create delivery orders and dispatch to service providers.
• Monitor arrivals, rail dwell time, and gate/returns workflow.
• Drive process improvements to maintain quality of service.
