Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Oral Care new product development projects from initiation through launch.
• Build and maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and identify critical-path risks early.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners in R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and category teams; schedule meetings and document actions.
• Prepare and maintain Stage Gate documentation and project status updates for reviews and decisions.
• Identify blockers and mitigation plans across global teams and time zones.
