Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience in commodity management or sourcing within optical transceivers or transmission category, including agreement negotiation and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and suppliers, negotiating contracts from statements of work to master supply agreements to secure favorable pricing and terms and ensure supply assurance at scale.
• Lead cross-functional teams through supplier selection for new platforms and develop strategies balancing innovation, time-to-market, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee operational aspects of the supply chain including schedules, capacity, and risk; communicate status to management and drive continuous improvement.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and measure partner performance through regular business reviews.
• Maintain industry expertise to inform sourcing strategies and negotiations.
