Oracle is seeking a Director of Supply Chain for Optical Transceivers and Fiber to lead global sourcing strategy and supplier management in support of Oracle's cloud infrastructure growth.

You will oversee a team of Sourcing Managers, drive inventory optimization, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and suppliers to meet business needs. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and complex supply chains.
• Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for Optical Transceivers and Fiber across Oracle's global cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and develop a team of Sourcing Managers, providing leadership, coaching, and career development.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials to meet business and customer requirements.
• Drive supplier performance, including capacity planning, delivery, quality, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve supply continuity, reduce costs, and support long-term business objectives.
• Partner with Planning, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts and deployment plans.
