Oracle is seeking a Sourcing Manager 3-Optical Transceivers for Supply Chain Operations in Austin, TX. You will interface with development and supplier stakeholders to provide materials and components to support the product supply chain.

Responsibilities

Provide cost‑improvement direction through supplier negotiations.
Collaborate with Fiber and Optical Transceiver Suppliers.
Create supply chain standards and communicate product specs to suppliers.
Evaluate proposals/quotes against Oracle standards.
Qualify new suppliers meeting cost and product standards.
Negotiate and execute supplier contracts to maintain competitiveness.
Provide supplier performance feedback to meet Oracle standards.
Develop and implement supply chain initiatives to drive efficiencies.
Build constructive stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and suppliers.
Influence product selection based on continuity of supply, cost, and technology.
