Job summary

Culturia, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Manager to own the U.S. operations end-to-end. You will work with executive leadership and Japan HQ to design systems, processes, and supply chain infrastructure supporting growth in the U.S. market.

The role requires fluency in English and Japanese, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years in operations or logistics. On-site work in the Los Angeles area is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Business-level or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship and available to work primarily on-site in the Los Angeles–South Bay Area, CA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Experience with demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operational flow of the business while driving continuous improvement across supply chain, logistics, inventory management and internal processes.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Japan HQ on planning activities.
• Lead and develop the Operations team and partner directly with executive leadership and Japan HQ.
• Prepare operational reports and business recommendations.
