Job summary

Global Ops is seeking a Regional Security Operations Manager to own field operations across multiple sites in the Northeast region. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director of Security Operations and requires extensive travel to client sites and quarterly state visits.

You will lead Field Operations Specialists, maintain staffing and compliance, monitor KPIs, and uphold client satisfaction through proactive management and disciplined operational practices.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (Depends on Experience). Type: Full-time (Exempt). Reports to: Director of Security Operations. Location: Westchester County - Long Island - West Connecticut - North & Central New Jersey. Expected Workweek: 50 Hours (Field-Based Leadership Role). Expected Travel: Quarterly to different states when needed for consulting and training.

Position Overview

The Regional Security Operations Manager (RSOM) is responsible for full operational ownership of assigned geographic regions. This role carries direct accountability for field execution, client satisfaction, performance standards, leadership discipline, and cultural alignment across all assigned sites. This position exists to ensure operational stability, leadership clarity, and measurable performance outcomes at the regional level.

Core Responsibilities

Regional Operational Ownership

• Maintain full accountability for performance across assigned sites.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and quality standards.
• Conduct regular and unannounced site inspections.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and client requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

• Directly manage Field Operations Specialists (FOS).
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and discipline when necessary.
• Drive alignment with company culture and leadership expectations.
• Ensure professional communication standards are upheld.
• Address morale and operational gaps proactively.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as primary operational contact for regional clients.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication.
• Address escalations and service concerns promptly.
• Protect and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Performance & Accountability

• Monitor KPIs related to attendance, coverage reliability, incident reporting, and professionalism.
• Ensure after-action reporting is accurate & timely.
• Enforce operational discipline consistently.
• Maintain escalation clarity within chain of command.

Field Presence & Coverage Leadership

• Be present in the field regularly.
• Support operations during peak or high-risk periods.
• Model leadership standards in dress code and in conduct.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in private security leadership.
• Valid Driver's License & Personal Vehicle.
• Valid NYS Security License (Armed).
• Valid NJ Security License (Armed).
• Valid CT Security License (Armed).
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong crisis management capability.
• Demonstrated leadership maturity and accountability.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
