Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Engineer (Product & Change Management) to support Starlink’s growth and decision-making. You will analyze data, craft actionable recommendations, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement key decisions across product lines.

In this role you will partner with leadership to develop business models, improve processes, and drive value streams while balancing resources and risk as you scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 2+ years of experience in operations/process improvements.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Guide planning and resource management across multiple verticals for product and change management.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with leadership.
• Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a network across departments and external resources to ensure product compliance.
• Define processes and build tooling to support expansion of resources while maintaining or reducing risks.
• Work with stakeholders to improve value streams and operation efficiencies for broader company impact.
