Job summary

Pure Storage in Santa Clara is seeking a Program Manager on the Operations Program Management team to drive operational excellence and scale our global demand footprint. You will bridge new product introduction with sustaining operations, safeguarding quality and optimizing the supply chain worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, and production, build dynamic dashboards and metrics, and own end-to-end program execution from pilot to post-GA activities

Qualifications

• Proven program and lifecycle leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Deep operations and manufacturing knowledge across scheduling, material flow, and costing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across engineering and operations.
• End-to-end ownership and proactive risk mitigation in fast-growing settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Post-GA program execution, sourcing, and second-site bring-ups with cross-functional teams.
• Direct sustaining, EOL, and LT B activities to speed time-to-market and cut obsolete inventory.
• Scale operational infrastructure by improving processes and tools across functions.
• Create dashboards and metrics to communicate strategy and risk to executives.
