Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field plus 7 years in operations/OM.
• Alternative: MBA or related Master’s with 5 years in operations management.
• 5 years in managing scaled global vendor operations and outsourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost/quality opportunities and leading optimization projects.
• Develop, publish, and optimize operational metrics and dashboards to track performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal data center customers for service alignment.
• Resolve high-priority escalations using root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Lead SOP creation and maintenance; manage budgets, invoices, and capital projects.
