Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel globally (50%+); Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations leadership from concept through full-scale production.
• Oversee global plant operations and standardize processes.
• Forecast demand and optimize global resource utilization.
• Define KPIs and monitor quality, delivery, and productivity.
