Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Manager for Latin America (Country Launch) to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, supporting Starlink's growth in new markets. You will analyze data, shape market entry plans, and partner with leadership across functions to drive rapid, compliant market access.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, resource planning for verticals, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to scale operations while meeting aggressive schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year experience abroad or working with operations outside the United States.
• 1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive execution plan to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations.
• Track and report on KPIs such as the timeliness of activation upon full authorization in a market, product accessibility, and Starlink’s operational health in live markets.
• Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink, including development of business models.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with Starlink's leadership.
• Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources.
• Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams in order to build a strong networking across these departments and with external resources to ensure compliance.
• Support and educate internal stakeholders on market requirements and timeframes, working collaboratively to achieve company objectives.
