Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience required.
• CPA or CMA is desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive Finance experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting, Operations Finance or related leadership roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain and operations within a global environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory costing, labor and overhead absorption, E&O reserve processes, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance business partnership to the EVP of Global Operations and leadership team.
• Oversee annual budgeting for global operations functions and monthly forecasting.
• Manage cost accounting activities and global overhead rate establishment.
• Analyze monthly financial performance including labor, headcount and operating expenses.
• Prepare executive-level reports and variance explanations for operations and finance leadership.
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, logistics and inventory management functions.
