Job summary

Roquette is seeking an End-to-End World Class Operations Global Leader to drive the deployment of Roquette's Operational Excellence system across more than 40 sites worldwide. The role requires leading across functions and regions, coaching site teams, and advancing a One Roquette culture with measurable KPI deployment.

You will engage with Americas, Europe and Asia, manage change, and sustain standards while delivering SQCDPE objectives through robust performance management.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus, although strong practical experience is valued above certification.
• Experience 10-15 years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong experience in industrial operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Experience deploying transformation programs across multiple sites.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Drive the deployment of the E2E World Class Operations system.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Operational Excellence standards, routines and performance management practices across Roquette sites.
• Ensure consistent application and sustainability of the E2E WCO framework.
• Assess site maturity and compliance with E2E WCO standards and harmonize practices across the global network.
• Develop capabilities and strengthen a One Roquette culture.
• Coach, train and support site teams to accelerate adoption of standards and behaviors.
• Upskill teams through Lean methodologies, performance management and structured problem-solving.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational discipline.
• Support sites transformation and performance improvement by identifying gaps and defining improvement plans.
