This role partners with site-level IE leaders to drive manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and productivity through the implementation of standardized systems and best practices. The Director is responsible for identifying bottlenecks across fabs, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and enhancing cycle time, on-time delivery, and throughput.
