Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 15+ years of related experience; or a Master’s with 13+ years; or PhD with 12+ years; or equivalent combination.
• Typically requires 18+ years of related experience; Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry preferred; management experience including outsourcing to CROs.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to build cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall oncology Clinical Operations programs across phases 1–4, ensuring timely and compliant study delivery.
• Represent ClinOps on Product Development Teams and drive the operational strategy and delivery plans for product development.
• Oversee budgeting, resource modeling, and CRO/vendor management to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Ensure inspection readiness, governance involvement, and transparent communication of risks and mitigations.
• Foster strategic partnerships with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Data Management, and other functions to optimize study delivery.
