Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Logistics to lead global inbound ocean transportation, optimize carrier relationships, and drive cost efficiency. You will partner with Finance, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure on-time product availability and resilient supply chains across regions.

The role requires 10+ years in transportation/logistics, strong analytical skills, and experience with TMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global inbound ocean transportation operations from origin to destination.
• Oversee carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure service levels.
• Manage escalations related to delays, disruptions, and capacity constraints.
• Develop and maintain transportation forecasting and cost planning.
• Partner with Finance on monthly, quarterly, and annual freight reporting.
