Job summary

CSL Vifor in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director to design and govern a worldwide OH strategy, covering injury and workers’ comp, employee wellness, and ergonomic programs across operations.

You will lead global OH governance, collaborate across EHS, HR, Legal, and supply chain, and drive data, KPIs, and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• 10+ years Occupational Health leadership in multinational settings.
• Extensive U.S. Injury Management and workers' comp experience.
• Knowledge of Australian self-insurance injury management and EI programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EU OSH, Australian WHS laws, ISO 45001/45003, NIOSH/ACGIH frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Occupational Health & Wellness strategy.
• Lead Injury Management and Workers’ Compensation programs across US, Europe, and Australia.
• Establish global standards, clinical protocols, and IH governance.
• Lead global case management including early communication and assessments.
• Govern Australian self-insurance injury management and compliance audits.
• Own global OH data systems, KPIs, and reporting.
