Job summary

CSL is seeking a Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director to design and govern a worldwide strategy for OH, including injury management, worker wellness, and protective health programs. The role spans US, Europe and Australia with governance across EHS, HR, Legal and risk functions.

Qualifications

10+ years Occupational Health leadership in multinational or regulated industries.
Strong experience with U.S. Injury Management and Workers’ Compensation.
Knowledge of OSHA, EU OSH, Australian Work Health and Safety laws, ISO 45001/45003, and ACGIH/NIOSH.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global Occupational Health & Wellness strategy aligned with EHS vision.
Lead Injury Management and Workers’ Compensation programs across the US, Europe and Australia.
Establish global standards, clinical protocols, and IH governance systems.
Lead global case management including early communication, functional capacity evaluations, and accommodation assessments.
Govern Australian self‑insurance injury management systems and compliance audits.
Oversee international Early Intervention programs focusing on rapid triage and injury minimization.
Lead OH/IH global teams and manage external vendor performance.
Own global Occupational Health data systems, KPIs, and reporting.
