Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Global Occupational Health Governance Director to provide global medical leadership ensuring health, wellbeing and work capability of our workforce. You will establish global OH standards, design a multi-year strategy and ensure robust governance and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Health & Safety, P&O, Operations and Benefits to drive health protection, inclusive practices, and a resilient working environment across regions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Occupational Health Physician with board certification in Occupational Medicine.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in Occupational Medicine within a multinational.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global occupational health strategy with clear priorities and multi-year roadmap.
• Provide deep medical expertise to identify, assess and prevent work-related health risks.
• Establish global clinical standards, protocols, and assurance frameworks.
• Oversee medical surveillance programs and ensure compliance with local regulations worldwide.
• Lead fitness-for-work processes, rehabilitation, and reasonable workplace adjustments.
