Job summary

International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) is seeking a Nursing & Allied Health Program Manager to translate complex oncology and lung cancer science into accessible content, programs, and member experiences. The role focuses on amplifying the contributions of nurses and allied health professionals to multidisciplinary cancer care teams worldwide.

The position reports to the Chief Marketing & Membership Officer and offers a hybrid schedule based in Denver, with strong

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or other licensed nurse required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible nursing experience in oncology or healthcare, medical education, membership engagement, program management, or a related field.
• Oncology, thoracic oncology, pulmonary, or related clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical information into audience-appropriate content.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight and strategic recommendations for IASLC programs, medical education, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Serve as the staff liaison for clinical and multidisciplinary committees and volunteer communities.
• Build relationships with nursing and allied health leaders to increase awareness and participation in IASLC initiatives.
• Provide clinical SME support to internal departments.
• Collaborate with the Science and Education team to identify learning needs and develop education content.
